Give A Ruck's Mission:

"To reduce the stigma of mental health in the sport of rugby. To provide workshops and events that allow the rugby community the opportunity to talk openly and honestly about their mental health. To ensure there is a mental health first aider at every rugby club in the country and to show our teams, that we #GiveARuck".

If you are concerned that you are developing a mental health problem you should seek the advice and support of your GP as a matter of priority. If you are in distress and need immediate help and are unable to see a GP, you should visit your local A&E.
