London Irish Wild Geese are delighted to confirm the coaching appointment appointment of both Topsy Ojo and Harry Ellrington ahead of the 2019/2020 season.
The Wild Geese proudly announce the joint appointments to John Lacey's coaching team which continues to strengthen our links with the professional club.
Topsy Ojo was delighted to comment on the latest news "Really excited to be working with the Wild Geese again next season. Some really exciting plans in place and it will be great to continue building the relationship between the professional and amateur club, creating a genuine pathway between the two. I am looking forward to continuing to help develop the future of London Irish.
Harry Elrington proudly reaffirmed his commitment "Really excited to start working with the boys again. It will be a great opportunity for me to work alongside and learn from coaches like Topsy and John. We look forward to putting a disappointing season behind us and starting afresh in our quest to take the club forward. That starts on day one of pre-season".
Head Coach John Lacey confirmed "It's great to be able to announce the re-signing of two very good coaches who worked very hard last season. I can't wait to work with Topsy, he's a London Irish legend and I hope that I can in some small way help with his transition into coaching.
Harry brings a huge level of expertise into the forwards group and will be excellent for our set piece.
Both are very popular with the lads and are keen to get going. I believe we have the perfect coaching dynamic for the coming season".
