Ancaster Nissan based in Shepperton and Heathrow started its association with LIARFC Girls in 2022. Their support has been critical to the logistical and organisational development of the Girls section. Sport England note "Over the past five years, the number of adult women playing rugby has grown from 25,000 to 40,000 in England". Girls section is a key to the adult rugby pathway providing future talent for our women's section 'The Emeralds'.

U16 Girls Head Coach Simon Platt noted "This season wouldn't have been half as successful and enjoyable without the kind support from Ancaster. The funds have been used to support new player recruitment, additional training activities including yoga, and subsidising of kit costs for our first ever tour to Exeter".
