The purpose of this advance notice is to give you as much time as possible to consider whether you wish to stand for election to the Committee, to submit a proposal or motion for the agenda, or to make arrangements to attend or be represented by proxy.

Any Member wishing to stand for election -- or to propose or second a candidate -- should obtain a nomination form from the Honorary Secretary. Completed forms must be returned by Thursday 11 June 2026. The nomination form will also be available on the Club website.

Any Member wishing to put a proposal or resolution to the AGM must submit it in writing to the Honorary Secretary by Thursday 11th June 2026. All duly received proposals will be included in the formal notice and circulated to all Members in advance of the meeting.
