Attached to this notice is a copy of the Annual Accounts to June 2025, Management accounts for season 2025-26, a summary of members proposals and resolutions, nominations for club officers 2026-27, Proxy form for election of officers, Proxy Form for resolutions and a copy of the Project Reset presentation to be presented on the night.

There will be further documents to be provided to members as guidance for the election voting system these will follow shortly.
