All Irish Qualified (IQ) Women Players are invited along to the home of London Irish , TW16 6QU, Thursday February 13th @ 7PM to join an OPEN Women's Training camp under the watchful eye of Steve McGinnis.

IQ qualification to play for Ireland is via Birth, Parents or Grandparents. If attending , please register in advance with lindsey.wordley@irfuexiles.org

IQ Rugby aims to expand the player talent pool from within the UK clubs and schools available to Irish provinces and representative sides. It complements the player development pathway that has been established within Ireland over the past few years.

IQ Rugby operates as part of the IRFU High Performance Pathway, offering Irish Qualified (IQ) players an opportunity to progress towards playing in and/or for Ireland.
