The course near Walton on the Hill in Surrey was founded in 1903. The old and new courses at Walton Heath have been consistently rated in the UK's top 100 courses, with the Old Course also being rated as one of the top 100 in the world.

The course has hosted the Ryder Cup (1981), European Open (1978–91) and Senior Open Championship (2011).

Playing for the Wild Geese Trophy, the cost of a team of 4 golfers is £1,440 (£1,200 Plus VAT). The team will receive a light breakfast, green fees, participate in a putting competition, Guinness reception and evening dinner.
