London Irish Amateur Rugby Football Club Ltd (07128849) completed a 15 year lease agreement (March 2022) with London Irish Holdings Limited (03342451) to secure tenure for playing, welfare and social facilities for the club at Hazelwood Centre.

Security of tenure gives the club the opportunity to apply for long term grant funding. In addition we have a formalised agreement between LIARFC and Hazelwood Community Company Limited (10535141) to determine operational arrangements. Finally LIARFC now have a position on the board of Hazelwood Community Company.

LIARFC Chairman Kevin Flynn noted "achieving a security of tenure of greater than 10 years opens avenues to secure grant funding. This is a significant progression for the future development of the club and the Hazelwood facility"
