Peter began coaching mini rugby at London Irish in 1993, when his son John joined the under 7s, and remained with the age group until colts. He was part of the illustrious coaching team which also comprised Joe Wadsworth, Finbarr Kelly, Johnny Mullarkey and the late Pat Mc Garry.

He played a large part in organising the age group’s annual tours with the highlight being a successful tour to Argentina in 2004.

Peter’s funeral was a private family occasion, however there will be a celebration of his life on Saturday 7th January 2023 from 1:00 pm at:
