The LIBN is a dynamic new initiative created by members of the London Irish Amateur Rugby Football Club based at Hazelwood. Its mission is to strengthen ties across our community by fostering a collaborative network of business professionals, entrepreneurs, and self-employed individuals who are passionate about supporting each other—and the club.

The LIBN will help secure the future of our club by:

Unlocking business opportunities for members
Enhancing communications and engagement
Supporting fundraising and development goals
Strengthening club culture through a self-sustaining community of mutual support
Driving attendance at LIBN and club events
Attracting new business members by creating a community that delivers value

The LIBN will launch on Tuesday 9th September, 7:30–9:30pm at Hazelwood. Future meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month. In its first year, LIBN will operate with a simple, cost-effective model, with plans to develop as part of the club’s 2030 vision.

7:30–7:40 – Welcome
7:40–8:00 – Club update and Q&A – Jamie Balls (Club chairman)
8:00–9:00 – Member introductions (short introduction per attendee)
9:00–9:30 – Suggestions for future events and informal networking

Future meetings will also feature guest speakers—including sports and business professionals—covering member-selected topics such as leadership, digital marketing, tax, or funding.

Attendance at one monthly meeting is free of charge. To become a full member of LIBN, an annual membership will be required. For the first year (September 2025 – August 2026), introductory pricing will be available via Pitchero:

Businesses with 1–10 employees: £150/year
Businesses with 11+ employees: £250/year
