Horsham RFC, Sussex Rugby, Surrey RugbyBiography
player biography - I first picked up a rugby ball at Horsham RFC aged 12, back when there wasn’t even a full women’s team. Inspired by my dad and determined to be part of the sport as it grew, I stuck with it and progressed through the age-group pathway with Sussex Rugby. At the end of last season, I stepped up to represent Surrey in women’s county rugby, which gave me a valuable experience at the next level.
At 18, I was recruited into the London Irish Ladies (Emeralds) Academy as the club launched its pathway towards elite women’s rugby under World Cup-winning coach Graham Smith. I’ve been part of the Emeralds ever since, developing through promotions into Championship South 1 and growing into my role in the second row.
Now entering my 5th season with the Emeralds, I’m building on my return from an ACL reconstruction at the start of the 23–24 season. Having played through last year, I’m excited to push on, anchoring the line-out, powering the scrum, and helping drive the Emeralds forward in the seasons ahead.
