4. Terms and Conditions


  1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years and over.
  2. Entry Period: Entries must be submitted by midnight on 1st February 2024. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
  3. Entry Fee: An entry fee of £10 per forecast is required. Participants may enter multiple forecasts.
  4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the forecast form available at [https://form.typeform.com/to/gtXcuOau]. Each entry must include predictions for each match of the 6 Nations rugby tournament.
  5. Prizes: The prizes for the competition are as follows:
  6. 1st place: £500 2nd place: £2003rd place: £100
  7. Determining Winners: Winners will be determined based on the accuracy of their match predictions. Points are awarded for each correct forecast.
  8. Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie, the prize will be evenly split among the winners.
  9. Notification of Winners: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within one week of the last 6 Nations match.
  10. Publicity: By entering, participants grant the London Irish Amateur Rugby Football Club permission to use their names and likenesses for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
  11. Data Protection: Personal data collected during the course of the competition will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
  12. Liability: The London Irish Amateur Rugby Football Club is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the competition, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the competition.
  13. Competition Cancellation: The London Irish Amateur Rugby Football Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
  14. Disputes: This competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
  15. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
