2. London Irish Amateur International U12s Festival - Saturday 27th April 2024

Our U12 age group is a premier tournament. With all home nations and European teams regularly represented. Traditionally we have seen more demand then we can currently cater for.

Therefore having consulted our stakeholders we have moved the U12 tournament to Saturday 27th of April 2024.

The U7 to U11 sections (Mini) will continue to play on Sunday.

Running the U12 tournament on Saturday, gives us access to 5 pitches allowing us to open the competition to more teams. A Saturday allows teams to enjoy the post tournament entertainment and barbeque with no work on Sunday.

We see this as an awesome opportunity for under 12s to have a stage to themselves.

Previous year’s mini & U12 festivals at Hazelwood have been a great success. With over 2,500 children playing rugby on the day, it has been one of the biggest festivals of its type in Europe. Teams from England, Wales, Ireland, France, Germany and Netherlands attended last year making it truly pan–European.
