Kevin Coyle is an experienced and passionate rugby coach with over 15 years of hands-on coaching expertise across grassroots, county, and elite development levels. Previously Head Coach of the Surrey County Ladies and part of the IRFU coaching team for the Irish Exiles. Kevin has a proven track record in developing young talent, supporting players into Elite Player Development Groups, and leading teams to championship success. His past roles include Head Coach at London Irish Amateurs and coaching positions with Richmond Ladies and Southeast Irish Exiles. Fully RFU licensed and Level 2 qualified, Kevin is committed to continuous professional development, with multiple CPDs and a strong focus on player wellbeing, performance, and progression. His teams have consistently excelled, earning multiple league titles and sevens tournament victories. Kevin brings energy, insight, and a player-first mindset to every squad he works with.
