JJake relocated to the UK in 2023 to pursue his long-term goal of coaching Premiership rugby. A specialist defence coach with expertise in forwards play, Jake is particularly passionate about scrum development and front row skill work.His coaching philosophy centres around connection, personal development, and attention to detail. He believes in coaching the person before the player, and that team success is built through relentless focus on individual skill execution.
Jake currently serves as Head Coach of Middlesex Women and St Mary’s Women, while continuing to develop players and teams with energy, purpose, and care.
